He actively assisted the organization’s efforts from day-to-day client interactions to managing outside counsel to influencing legislation and regulatory landscapes at the local and national levels. His eclectic experiences have spanned almost all aspects of the legal field from assisting convicted and incarcerated individuals to helping others re-integrate into the community to facilitating the formation and maintenance of community-based organizations. Andrew brings his team-centered, service-oriented nature to every situation, leveraging his creative “out-of-the-box” thinking to identify solutions to problems without the need for court interventions and surgical litigation.
Andrew has represented a wide range of individuals (including organizations) throughout multiple situations and circumstances, ranging from simple document collections via public records to forming organizations to actualize the economic pursuits of others to working with regulatory agencies in mutual efforts to guard against bad actors within various industries. Leveraging his expertise and experience in litigation (the “surgical” aspect of the law), Andrew serves by emphasizing resource-effective options and solutions which guard against or prevent the need for expensive “surgical” legal solutions.
