Shireen works with business owners and investors on a range of business and real estate matters, including entity formation and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and commercial and residential property acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Shireen enjoys helping clients navigate these transactions and provides practical, thoughtful guidance tailored to each client's goals.
Before joining the firm's transactional practice, Shireen worked in public entity litigation, where she assisted in representing government agencies and municipalities in complex civil matters. This experience gives her meaningful insight into how conflicts arise – and how to prevent them. Drawing on that experience, Shireen approaches each matter with an eye toward mitigating risk and helping clients move forward efficiently and confidently.
