Dave’s clients largely consist of real estate licensees, real estate associations and principals in real estate transactions..
Prior to joining the BPE Law Group, Dave served 21 years with the United States Army Corp of Engineers, served 43 years as a real estate broker and served 41 years as an attorney emphasizing real estate transactions and broker risk management. Dave served as corporate counsel for a major real estate brokerage for several years. Dave served as a Director on multiple MLS organizations and served as Chairman of the Board of MetroList Services, Inc. for five years prior to becoming CEO of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® for ten years.

- Graduated magma cum laude with degrees in political science, business and military science from Chaminade University in 1975.
- Graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University in 1981.
Dave enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife Michelle and family, including his 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Dave has been an avid softball player all his life and has been playing senior softball with the Golden Senior Softball Club of Sacramento for over 30 years.
