Kristin is an associate for the BPE transaction team. Kristin also handles the majority of the landlord-tenant cases at BPE, both residential and commercial.

Kristin’s clients largely consist of business and property owners.
Kristin enjoys being a part of the transaction team, helping clients pursue new business endeavors, providing advice whenever any issues arise during the life cycle of the client’s business, and assisting clients in the purchase or sale of assets. Kristin has been involved in contract drafting and negotiation and financing. Kristin has represented residential landlords, commercial landlords, and commercial tenants in various lease disputes, including cases that have resulted in unlawful detainer actions.
While at Notre Dame, Kristin was particularly interested in studying tax law and even participated in the clinical law center’s Community Development Clinic, helping local clients start their 501(c)(3) organizations. She spent her final semester in Notre Dame’s London campus, where she externed for KPMG US Tax Services (London) LLP.
Prior to joining BPE Law group, she worked mostly with insurance carriers, handling construction defense and general liability cases.
