Keaton is a Junior Associate at BPE and member of the litigation team.

Keaton’s clients largely consist of investors, business owners, and homeowners in the real estate industry. His practice focuses on unlawful detainer actions, HOA disputes, partition actions, contract and deposit disputes, quiet title actions, failure to disclose and easement issues.
Prior to joining BPE Law Group, Keaton interned with the California Department of Managed Healthcare as a Legal Intern during his second year of law school. Keaton then spent his third year of law school working as a law clerk at BPE before joining the firm as an attorney.
- Obtain payout for buyer in deposit dispute case based on a demand letter.
- Represent buyers in successful mediation of non-disclosure matter regarding foundation issues.
- Represent buyers in successful mediation over a deposit against both seller and buyer’s agent.
- Assist in successfully resolving a partnership dispute in mediation regarding the partnership ownership of a home.
- Represent and assist owners/landlords in taking multiple Unlawful Detainer actions to trial.
- Represent and assist owners/landlord in resolving multiple Unlawful Detainer actions short of trial via settlement or move out agreements.
- Represent homeowners successfully against unlicensed contractor seeking fraudulent charges.
- Real estate litigation including partition actions, failure to disclose, elder abuse and probate disputes, HOA disputes, and contractor disputes.

Keaton played on Willamette University’s men’s soccer team, winning the school first Northwest Conference title in 2017. Keaton still enjoys playing soccer. He is also a bit of a foodie and jumps at the opportunity to try new foods or restaurants.
