Trey is an associate attorney concentrating on litigation but also assists on transactional and land-use planning issues for clients.

Trey’s clients largely consist of businesses, homeowners and real estate brokers. During his time at BPE, Trey has successfully resolved cases for clients through negotiation and mediation and has prepared for several trials.
During law school, Trey served as an extern law clerk under the Honorable Judge Carla Baldwin, Magistrate Judge in the Federal District of Nevada – Reno. He gained invaluable writing skills and experience in federal civil procedure under the tutelage of Judge Baldwin.
Prior to joining BPE Law Group, Trey was a successful real estate salesperson for several years while he transitioned out of the military and into law school.
Before that, Trey worked as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force, where he honed his research and analysis skills in many positions, including: leading the Intelligence Directorate of Joint Task Force – Bravo in Honduras, leading teams of diverse intelligence professionals in real-time operations in the middle-east, coordinating operational testing on the U-2 and RQ-4 reconnaissance aircraft, and flying as an Airborne Intelligence Officer aboard the E-8C JSTARS in missions across the globe.

Trey is an ASA® certified sailor with bareboat sailing experience in the BVIs, Croatia, and the sometimes-turbulent San Francisco Bay. As an avid scuba diver, he has logged over 100 dives ranging from battling sea snakes in Japan to standing on the USS Oriskany (CV/CVA-34) in Pensacola, FL.
Trey is also an actor in film, TV, improv, and local theater productions. His unexceptional repertoire includes Made-For-TV Movies and background work in reenactment TV shows.
When he’s not reenacting as a pirate on the high seas, he’s working on an endless amount of home projects with his lovely wife Christina, and their Collie/Husky mix, Stella.
